Closing Your Deposit Services Account
You may request to close your Deposit Guardian Deposit Services Account at any time, provided the following conditions are met:
- All deposit transactions you’ve committed to are fully completed
- Any outstanding issues (such as disputes, account suspensions, or limitations) have been resolved
- All fees or amounts owed to us have been paid in full
What Happens to Your Information After Closure
While your account can be closed, we may retain certain personal information as required to:
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- Fulfill our contractual responsibilities
- Support our record-keeping and compliance policies
Please note: Closing your account does not automatically delete all information we hold about you.
