Receiving Funds as a Seller

Once you’ve successfully completed a transaction and all required conditions have been met, any Deposit Payment held for you will be disbursed using one of the following methods:

  • International bank wire transfer, or
  • Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

Funds will be sent to the bank account you’ve nominated in your Deposit Services Account. You can update your nominated account details at any time directly through your account dashboard.

Note: Additional disbursement methods may be introduced in the future.

Security & Verification Checks

To protect your funds, we may conduct security and fraud prevention checks before releasing any payments. This is especially common for first-time disbursements, which may result in a brief delay.

Important Guidelines

  • Changes to banking details must be made through your Deposit Services Account.
    We do not accept updates to your payment information via email or phone.
  • Please double-check your banking details. Deposit Guardian is not responsible for any loss of funds due to incorrect or incomplete account information provided by you.
