Our Five Step Safety Process

Create a secure deal room and specify the machinery details (Make, Model, VIN).

The buyer deposits funds into our AUSTRAC-compliant vault. The seller is notified that the money is ready and waiting.

We automatically pull the Rego and PPSR data. We check for hidden debt, theft records, and insurance write-offs.

The buyer inspects the machine in person. Once they are satisfied it matches the description, they trigger the release in the app.

Funds are instantly released to the seller. The deal is closed, the title is clear, and both parties are 100% protected.

How much does it cost

Deposit Guardian is the most cost effective way of keeping your money safe online to prevent you from being scammed. We have a 2 tier pricing system Up to $500 is a $5 fee +5% of amount above $500 is $10 plus 5% of money. If you decide to cancel the sale due to faulty or misinformation you will still be charged your base fee, as we have still done our side of the work.
